Good place for sleep over. Rooms were on the smaller size. General area floor looked a bit dirty, but the room was perfectly clean.

Good location near train station but no breakfast option. The room is enough for two of us. Only enough room to open one large suitcase.

Good location and very friendly staff. Room was clean and a half decent size for Japan.
Close to Kyoto Station . Easy for getting around on public rail transport , especially if use as a home base.
Staff were excellent, very close to station and major shopping. The rooms were spotless. I would highly recommend.
