Everything was great, but it’s the only hotel that charges for a cup of coffee. Comfy bed, aircon is not too cold, it’s warm especially at night. The wifi is weak at night, we stayed at 5th floor. Spacious room. It has nice lobby and kids area
I booked it for taxi proximity to Haneda airport and cruise terminal.
Very close to train/subway station, restraunts etc. Clean, modern and quiet. Highly recommend.

The M hotel was a nice place to spend a few days while visiting Kyoto. Staff were helpful and the room was nice and clean. The only downside was the washing machine- it wasn’t drying correctly and had to do multiple cycles which delayed our time to explore the city. Otherwise it was great.
