Everything was clean the entire time. The staff provided excellent service and were available 24/7 to assist with any needs .

What I didn’t like was that the room I booked was listed as having an ocean view, but the Booking.com⁠ app didn’t specify that it was on the side of the hotel, with only a partial ocean view. Cameron at the front desk was very kind and moved us up several floors to improve the view a bit

La atención en todos los Sentidos desde la Recepción hasta las chicas que limpian , lo que me resultó raro que no lo dice cuando reservas y pavas el hotel es que al llegar debes hacer un depósito de 100 usd que no está incluido en el precio total de la reserva y que según entendí me lo devolverían al irme solo estuve una noche pero en realidad no entendí mucho esa parte

Loved everything about this stay. Room, environment, pool, staff, everything & everyone was nice. Beach area was not crowded, very quiet stay & everything was perfect. I was not a fan of the extra parking since it was not mentioned when booking the hotel. So expect an extra charge when you arrive.

Parking cost, it was not mentioned like other hotels that I looked at.

I love that place - ir was clean and organized, the staff was really helpful.

The check out time -- more coffee and u can put more toiletries when there is more than one guest in the same room --
