Nulla. Personale scortese, camere umide e posizione decentrata

Era tutto pessimo. La piscina nn era riscaldata, il pavimento a ridosso della piscina sporco di caffè e le sdraio rotte. Nota ancora più negativa che non ci é mai capitato in un hotel (neanche in un ostello) prima di andar via, ci hanno fatto attendere che qualcuno andasse a controllare che nn fosse stato preso nulla dal mini bar. Abbiamo dovuto aspettare 10 minuti nella hall dell hotel con il taxi che ci aspettava fuori. Sconsiglio di soggiornare in questo hotel, anche la posizione ê scomoda e fuori mano

Tudo perfeito. Funcionários atenciosos, prestativos. Quartos amplos e limpos. Café da manhã muito bom. Sem falar nos serviços que o hotel oferece. Na verdade, o hotel fica em uma ilha e todos os turistas o visitam. Se puder, assista ao mini show gratuito, mesmo não sendo hóspede. Tudo maravilhoso no hotel.

Beautiful hotel with easy access to Hoi An Memories show and 25min walk to Old Town. Really Enjoyed the area and the space.

I don’t like having my room turned down while I’m in a hotel, I hade the “do not disturb” sign on my door and 2x during the stay people entered room which I didn’t love.
