Hoi An Memories Resort & Spa

This was a beautiful place to stay. The room was luxurious & so comfortable. I enjoyed having a generous balcony with a river view; it was so quiet & peaceful. The grounds are immaculate & I had several good walks around the perimeter enjoying the ambience. Beautiful swimming pools. Delicious breakfast. Thank you!

1. I would have appreciated an option to refill my water bottle at the hotel. A number of hotels do this in partnership with water suppliers so it shouldn't be too expensive. But it would replace all the plastic bottles that must be used every day & the 2 small complimentary bottles offered in the room are not sufficient to maintain hydration without dipping into the mini bar. 2. I would have appreciated a more regular shuttle service to the old town Currently it is at 0900 & 1500 one way only. Which does seem silly, given the electric vehicle is returning empty! Other 5 star hotels offer 4 return services daily.

The location is perfect. Super close to old town but far enough away to escape the business of it. We stayed for a week with our 4 kids. The pool area was fantastic with the billiard table and plenty of grasses areas.

The breakfast had plenty of variety but all the hot food was cold each day even if we arrived when breakfast started.

What a lovely Hotel! The room we had was large and very comfortable with a lovely view of the river. It takes approximately 20/30 minutes to walk to the old town but don't let this put you off as the location was great and quiet. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus twice a day and the Grab's are very cheap if you did not want to walk! The surroundings of the hotel are lovely and peaceful. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices. Staff were all lovely, so friendly and very helpful.
