Sehr freundlich und sehr gutes Frühstück. Das Hotel befindet sich gerade im der Umbauphase. Wird aber bestimmt sehr schön.

"Shambles."

Nothing

sleeping in the car, estimated arrival time 22:00, arrived 22:15 everything closed, tried to call but nothing, I was informed the next day a colleague sent an email to let me know where the key was and the code for the box but nothing, no call, no email, no SMS......nothing, the receptionist the next morning apologized on behalf of the useless colleague and promised to provide a full refund as the Hotel was 100% responsible and quite right too, shame as I am sure the Hotel is value for money in a good location but I will not give it a second chance after this terrible experience.
