super nice room, managed to get a free upgrade through booking.com, it was a corner room, really spacious and lux. instagrammable too. Free of charge choice of pillow from the pillow menu. Staff was super attentive and friendly in helping with taxis, booking tourist attraction tickets etc. Breakfast is really good also, good selection.

Had to pay extra for a bed as there was three of us, we thought they already knew as we checked in with 3 people but they didnt say anything and assumed all 3 of us would sleep in one bed so we had to pay extra and wait for them to set up the other bed. They said I should state in booking.com but im pretty sure i did but hey ho, it got sorted out in the end.

I would highly recommend this hotel. I am quite attentive to the details. This hotel satisfies all my expectations. From booking to check-in, it is seamlessly smooth. I stayed there for about two weeks. Front office staff are well trained to handle inquiries. Everyone is truly at your service. Housekeeping is very friendly. I met the floor attendant several times, she always smiled and checked on my needs. Concierge is one of the best, they are knowledgeable about the area and provide useful information. I couldn't remember the girl supervisor's name, she is good. I went up to the cafe for breakfast every morning, the area was sparkling clean. The staff are fast turning over tables. The room is spacious with a contemporary deco. I personally liked their Japanese style bathroom, which is pretty Hilton. Hotel is surrounded by coffee shops, bakeries and restaurants. There is also a take-out delivery table at the front door for the guests to receive their app orders. Next time in town, I would like to stay there again.
