Apartment Kola

Apartment with 2 bedrooms and both with private shower. AC in every room (3 in total for 2 bedrooms + 1 living room). Property is clean and well equipped. Has nice balcony with impressive view. It located in a very quite area. Host was very nice and helpful and well his brother who was on the site.

Everything about the apartment exceeded my expectations. The apartment is perfectly situated in the picturesque village of Banići, offering a serene and tranquil environment. I loved waking up to the views of the Adriatic Sea. The location provided the perfect balance of peace and quiet, while still being within easy reach of the more bustling areas. The interior of Apartment Kola was thoughtfully designed, with modern furnishings that made it feel like a home away from home. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. I appreciated the attention to detail, from the cozy living area to the well-equipped kitchen that had everything I needed for cooking meals. The apartment offered a range of amenities that enhanced my stay. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was important for me as I needed to stay connected. The air conditioning kept the apartment cool. I also enjoyed the outdoor terrace where I could relax and soak in the beautiful surroundings. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure I had a pleasant stay. While Banići is a peaceful village, the apartment's location made it easy to explore nearby attractions. I loved being close to the beach, where I could spend my days swimming and sunbathing. Additionally, the apartment was a convenient base for day trips to Dubrovnik and other historic sites in the region.

The hosts, Maro, Toni and other family members are amazing. They created unique place where you will feel like at home especially at longer stays. We also were in need of some spontaneous medical support at local hospital, and the hosts are kindly helped us with that too, which was really kind from their side Apartment is very clean and fully equipped for staying with the family. The location is great in little village of Banići. Within 20 minutes of drive you can reach several beautiful beaches. This is the rare case when reality exceeded an expectation, therefore - highly recommend and you will not be disappointed

To our taste, everything was perfect

The apartment was stunning, well-equipped, and offered a spectacular view. Our family of four had a wonderful stay and felt right at home. The location is ideal, with beautiful beaches nearby and Dubrovnik just a short distance away. We enjoyed the convenience of exploring the area and then returning to such a comfortable place. Toni, the host, was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area.

The owner was just very helpful and nice person

The location was perfect. The hosts Anita, Anton and Toni were very sweet and helpful. We had car trouble and Toni immediately helped us as to where to go get it fixed. We needed new brake pads. We were close to the beaches.

We loved everything

Location - peace and quiet. Good parking space. Air conditioning separate for each room. Great view from the balcony. Very friendly and helpful hosts.

It would be worth to change photos as the apartment has no terrace, only balcony.

Very comfortable apartment for family, well equiped, clean. The view from the balkony was amazing! The host was very helpful, gave us advises what to visit near the village.

We stayed for nearly 2 weeks, coming from Ireland - it was a great experience with change in weather, sea, people and their culture. This place is centrally located on Dalmatian island. It's only 40 mins drive from Dubrovnik and 5 mins to Slano (excellent sea to swim, boat rides) and 20 mins to Ston and an hour to Bosnia too. With the new bridge officially opened this year, you can go to Split and it's only 1hr 15 mins to Korcula. The house is very clean and has plenty of space for kids to play inside and outside, having a sea view is a plus. owners are very friendly and highly recommended for families with kids. If you have a car it's easy to access all view points.
