"Great price, great breakfast, great staff!"

The property is very secure. After 8 PM you must use your key card in order to enter the lobby. And you must use your key card to go up to any of the floors with rooms on them. The hotel decor is very modern, and the room was spacious. The breakfast buffet was a really nice addition. The girl at the front desk was very nice and friendly and talked to us for a while. Overall, a very nice stay!

"Superb customer service from Koee"

I made reservations for out of town family coming for a visit. Prior to them coming I wanted to check the place out. From the moment I walked through the door I was so impressed with everything! It smelled so fresh and welcoming. Koee was at the desk and she greeted me with a smile. I cannot say enough about my experience with her. I was loaded with questions and she was so kind, articulate, patient (I am 77 years old), knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable asking her all the questions. She knew the answers to all of them! She then took me on a tour of the Suites. Everything was so clean, well decorated, had a welcoming scent in the air and made you feel at home! Was impressed with the security at this Home2 Suites. I feel very good about my family staying here. It exceeded my expectations, and mostly because of Koee! Hilton is very fortunate to have someone like Koee representing them. Hoping she will get the opportunity to move up with the company!
