I have stayed here many times and for several lengthy stays. The staff, in particular Koree, Darlene, Angel, Tiffany and Mark, have all been wonderful to work with at this hotel. They cautiously meet any request with intention and professionalism, being sure to provide an extra layer of customer focus and support. Their pleasant demeanor makes this hotel one of my first options when booking. Even the cleaning staff and maintenance staff always offer a level of pleasantries that makes me feel welcome.

The room was decent

There was no coffee at night the morning staff was beyond rude. It was a young black girl. I told her to cancel my room for the next day because I was not comfortable with the first day. There was no coffee in the morning upon departing, and the breakfast was beyond nasty.
