Worst experience ever!! The room smelled like urine, alcohol and other unpleasant smells. Despite the cleaning people trying to remove the smells it continued to reek. There were no other rooms available (according to management) and nearby hotels were fully booked. Asked for a refund or discount but they refused to provide one. According to the cleaning person the room was last used by a group of construction workers.

We booked a room for our entire family, checked in only to discover we don't have enough beds for our family. Frustrated would be a nice way to put it. I booked a suite and with apparently no other options for sleeping arrangements.
