Updated Condo in A+ Old Town Scottsdale Location!

AVOID - refurbished NOT!!!! Where do I start!!! Dirty floors Broken shower which leaked through the ceiling through the kitchen cupboard near electric points! WiFi did not work due to lack of communication!!! Tv in bedroom did not work. COMMUNICATION is a joke with this company. Took a cancellation deposit which they would not explain about before arriving (communicated asking what this $100 was for and an auto generated response each time) They gave me resort credit which was useless. I requested a small remuneration to compensate and again auto generated emails. Stay away from this company unless you want a stressful experience. And Bookings.com wiped their hands with it as it was a private rental. I stayed there on the 7th of January! Still being messed around.

The location was amazing- right in the heart of the shopping area of Scottsdale

The shower wall had old hair in it still. Informed the property manager and they handled well

Run down, shower and internet issues, dirty carpet with burn marks.

Close to town and all amenities

Its location to fashion square and old downtown. Also had a small pool.

First we had to go outside Booking .com & give our credit card details to the management company before we could access the keys to the property. - on entry we noticed ants on the kitchen bench top. - There was only one wine glass and one of the kitchen knives was missing. - there was burn marks in the bedroom carpets. One bedroom worse than the other. - my other half had to secure the back door handle as it was loose. - the bathroom was very tired and the body wash had not been filled back up. - upper floor floorboard were loose and popped up when putting any weight on them. - aircon was good downstairs but not good on the upper floor. - we took video’s and sent them to the management company. Still no answer. - there was no washing machine in the house as advertised. Only a laundry that needed to download an app. (The washing machine was one of the reasons we chose this property). - the instructions for access to the pool was wrong. There was no keypad access - there were a number of keys on the wall but only one had a key ring that showed where to use it. The pool was accessed by one of these keys, we had to go through them to find out. - we followed the instructions to leave perishable goods in the fridge and as always we cleaned up behind us. Then we were charged $50 for something we have no idea why. I tried to contact the management team in several occasions via Booking .com with only an automated reply. - we did not enjoy the interaction with the management company nor are we happy that they charged us extra for no reason. We feel this property is fraudulently misleading customers on what you get and then taking extra money from customers with no reason.
