"Everything was perfect."

Everything about the hotel was great especially being so handy for the bus station. Visit Glasgow about 6 times a year and always stay at the Maldron.

Convenient to bus station. Many good nearby dining options.

Overstuffed large pillows that were uncomfortable for sleeping. Filthy scratched walls. Electric kettle did not work. No decaf coffee or tea in room. (Not that it mattered given the kettle did not work.) Could not isolate the bedside lights from the room lights.

It was very clean and seemed newly built/updated. The breakfast staff were nice and worked hard to provide a nice experience. Great location for seeing and getting around Glascow's sights.

Room was particularly tight for two people. Lobby was often crowded and loud, it felt more like a bus station.

Location

Room wasn't done from day before. Even though we put out sign. Breakfast could be topped up quicker especially for the ones not wanting cooked breakfast
