Pool and View but that’s about it

Rooms: Besides from Mold all over the place, the aircon doesn’t work from 11pm till, you ask in the reception to have it turned on in the morning. The security guard got angry when you woke him up and either wasn’t able to help or wasn’t in the mood to help you find the aircon remote, so getting a good nights rest is impossible. the Bathroom is dirty and smelly and even tho telling staff the soap in the room hasn’t been filled for up for the past 3 days so I went and bought my own. Location/Noise: Be aware that it is right on a mainroad with a steep hill so trucks and bikes coming up and down the hill are really loud. Staff: Although there are some lovely and helpful people amongst the Staff there are some black sheep a friend of mine caught room service going through their bag and when confronted they would deny it and play dumb so be sure to put everything in your locker at all times.
