The location and facilities were above expectations. I loved the room and how the staff treated us throughout our stay so welcoming and friendly!

Location is central. Close to restaurants and hotels. Near the CBD

Not informed of the over almost double holding deposit that takes 14 days to clear. Also, when the room was not appropriate (shared open balcony?) charged $65 immediately rather than out of the holding deposit. Staff were passive aggressive and unhelpful. "I've only ever worked in hotels that charge this" Rooms are also luxe looking but still 3-4 star. The Aircon and oven only work on sensors- to save money. Its a cosmetic renovation on a average hotel.
