"Experience very rude behaviour of resort managerand restaurant staff, swimming pool cleanliness"

Behaviour of resort manager is rude. He dont know how to talk with guest.manager insist us to take buffet, when we hv plan to take la karte. Even in sitting also, we have taken our dinner in standing, while one compartment pf resturant is empty, later on we hv seen some families taking dinner there in empty area. I will never stay in any Fern.

Behaviour of Resort manager, Behaviour of resturant staff, Force ful insist from restaurant staff to take buffet, in place of la karte. I was slept in swimming pool change room bcoz floor was too much wet, no cleanliness, if you want to continue with this staff, better to close, bcoz they are sinking name of Fern.

Loved the welcome drinks and the staff was very friendly and always smiling

It would have been great if the hotel had informed us about Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel's birthday on 31st October. All activities were closed during the day and only the statue entry was open after 3pm.
