When I went to check in, the staff was not at the desk and the gate was closed to the desk and the phone number that they gave me to call. We had a signal on it so I waited around for over a half an hour to get to my room

Thanks to Expedia for stepping in — they did their job. The hotel in the other hand: Closed. Abandoned. Unsafe. I arrived at 10:30 PM and found the front desk shut behind a metal screen, no staff, no check-in, just a sign with a phone number that no one answered. I waited outside over an hour. Another couple was also stranded. People were yelling in the parking lot looking for lost children. I never entered the room. I paid for nothing. Even a roadside motel has 24-hour check-in. This place is a joke — and a dangerous one. I have no proof at this is a shelter, but no doubts either. I’m considering legal action. Shame on you!!!! You shouldn’t be operating!!!!

Everything the experience was a disaster!! Wait 45 minutes to be able to have a key to be check inside the staff was outside the property and they ask me to give me a refund and look for another place after 30 minutes try to bang hard to hit attention as the phone for assistance did not work!! Besides the room was dirty!! It was late on I was able to Finnish travel for 8 hrs with my parents as they old in age.. totally not respectful

The rancid smell as soon as one walks into the reception is not welcoming at all. The elevator signs inside is not straight. Makes one think, what else is not maintained

The stay was great from the staff to the nice gym with good equipment. My only con was the walls are thin and I could hear people late night.

They amenities that came with the room was nice, like the size of fridge, stovetop ,microwave and closet space.

There was no coffee maker for the room. Also the room had a really strong uncomfortable bleach smell. Had a real bad headache from it. Had to go buy air freshers. Also the bed had hair in it. Like between the sheets and blankets. Had too sleep on top of the thin cover. Brighter lamp in the room. Or maybe I didn't see the other light switch.
