boas atrações para as crianças. quarto de bom tamanho. estacionamento com espaço. boas sobre mesas. preços coniventes. Pessoal operacional muito atencioso e rápido. área bem cuidada. vários animais, muito interessante alimentá-los com as crianças. equipe de recreação muito prestativa, alegre, animada e respeitosa. a locutora da piscina é muito experiente e deixava todos animados e alegres.

recepção rígida demais, ficamos esperando 2 horas para poder entrar somente as 16hs. recepção pediu para ver o cartão de crédito usado para o pagamento (que foi antecipado) (achei esquisito). Não tem secador de cabelo no quarto e qdo solicitei, não tinham. falta tomada no quarto, tinha que usar a tomada do abajur para carregar cel e lap top. as vezes. muitas vezes as carnes estavam muito bem passadas, ficavam secas.

A música da piscina e o microfone da recreadora são MUITO altos e incomoda. A única coisa que se tem pra fazer no hotel é a piscina e se você quiser dar uma relaxada é impossível.
