Es muy buen hotel, muy cómodo, habitaciones y servicio bien,, esta un poco lejos del centro pero en el hotel tienen servicio de transporte... El restaurant, aunque poca variedad es muy bueno

Todo el personal del hotel es muy amable, el ambiente del hotel es muy tranquilo y la música de ambiente le da un toque especial, las habitaciones estaban en muy buenas condiciones, solo encontramos un detalle que el agua para ducharse tardaba en calentar sobre todo por la noche y la mañana cuando hace más frío, pero en general es un excelente lugar para hospedarse.

Hotel cómodo, habitación bien iluminada ( como ya no las hay), excelente servicio, no solo amables, resolutivos. Un poco lejos del centro, pero tienen transporte gratuito y constante para ir y volver.

El hotel es muy nuevo más moderno que los demás de Creel en perfecto estado , restaurante muy lindo y rico lo único es que queda retirado de la calle principal por lo que si es necesario ir en auto para trasladarte

The staff at this Hotel are exceptional all you need to do is ask and they will accommodate you. The food is excellent the hotel is very clean and well taken care of. The best way I can describe it is a diamond in the rough will definitely stay at this Hotel again when visiting Creel.
