Lo moderno que era el estudio. En cuanto a la ubicación, se encuentra a menos de 5 minutos andando de Cuatro Caminos, con tres líneas de metro y muchas de autobús, y con muchas tiendas. Viajé entre semana, por lo que no hubo mucho ruido por la noche.

Que no haya algún utensilio de limpieza, tipo escoba, para poder barrer las migas si realizas alguna comida dentro del estudio. Además, cuando los inquilinos de otro piso cocinaban el olor se transmitía a la zona de cocina
