Location was fine and there wasn't a breakfast. Patio was cool.

Seemed clean, just smelled like a kennel in there. Just a few fabreeze plug ins would help. There was a TV but it didn't provide any channels, said no internet connection. Too many vehicles in the drive. If you rent a unit, you should be able to park in front of it. We had to park in the street due to three other vehicles squeezed in the driveway.

The breakfast was excellent as I made it in fully equipped kitchen. Very clean and quiet place and easily located.

Parking alongside 4 cars in a shared driveway. was a little sketchy. Luckily only 2 of us because futon bed was rock hard and would not have been sleepable. No dishwasher, but really not needed.
