Excelente la habitación, la cama muy cómoda, el espacio de la habitación. Todo climatizado. La piscina es grande, el agua caliente, tiene amplio horario de 10 am a 22hs. El desayuno muy bueno con amplio horario. Puedes ir al centro de Gramado caminando. Volveremos pronto!

Los jacuzzi no tenían mucha agua y no era tan caliente. Los precios de los tragos en la piscina un poco caros para el tamaño, era muy poca bebida, vaso pequeño. Que te cobren por el estacionamiento, deberían incluirlo ya en el precio de la reserva.

Atendimento, café da manhã, presteza do time de recepção e serviços.

Fato de as duas acomodações que alugamos não ter aquecimento e ou controle do ar condicionado. Ficamos todos os dias sem aquecimento nos quartos, estando com um bebê. Ao solicitar foi informado que nossos quartos não possuía aquecimento, o que é incoerente perante o que foi reservado e foi péssimo a resolução que não foi nem se quer executada.
