"Exceptional"

Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal an der Rezeption. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Lage perfekt.

Am Abreisetag ist das Reinigungspersonal schon ab kurz nach 7 Uhr mehrmals ins Zimmer gekommen um zu schauen ob wir noch da sind. Das hat extrem genervt.

Zentral gelegen, bietet das Hotel den idealen Standort um Lübeck zu erkunden. Die Zimmer sind funktional ausgestattet und waren sauber. Der abendliche Empfang war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Wenn wir mehr Zeit gehabt hätten, hätten wir sicher in der Stadt frühstücken sollen, der Frühstückspreis ist zwar üblich, das Angebot aber sehr überschaubar.

Wirklich super für einen Kurztrip nach Lübeck. Keine 10 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt und ein guter Ausgangspunkt um alles zu erkunden. Das Frühstück war übersichtlich aber sehr gut um in den Tag zu starten - wir waren positiv überrascht, dass es so eine tolle vegane Auswahl gab!

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, man ist fußläufig schnell in der Innenstadt.

Es ist sehr hellhörig und man sollte die Gäste bitte darauf aufmerksam machen, dass ab 22.00 Uhr Nachtruhe einzuhalten ist und nicht bis 4.00 Uhr Party gefeiert wird.
