Gute Lage, Nähe S-Bahn

Zimmerreinigung findet erst nach der dritten Nacht standardmäßig statt. Davor nur auf Anforderung. Die ist auch kein Problem, aber es wäre gut, wenn der Müll täglich auch ohne Anforderung geleert würde. Dies ist bei Hotels in dieser Preisklasse eigentlich Standard. Unser Zimmer wurde auch nach der 3. Nacht nicht gereinigt, vergessen?

Alles bis auf den u.a. Punkt

Blutfleck (angetrocknet) an den Fliesen neben der Toilette am Anreisetag. Als ich an der Rezeption bescheid gesagt habe, meinte der Mitarbeiter ob ich schon versucht hätte den Fleck mit Wasser zu entfernen?! Das kann bei dem Zimmerpreis nicht meine Aufgabe sein! Ich war etwas verärgert! Nachdem ich abends wieder im Zimmer war, war der Fleck entfernt worden.
