Das Personal beim Frühstück war freundlich und es wurde zügig aufgefüllt.

Wir kamen um 14:45 Uhr an und wurden trotz eines vollen Wartebereichs und zwei besetzten Rezeptionsplätzen strikt auf die Check-in-Zeit um 15:00 Uhr verwiesen. Hier wird es sehr genau genommen. Bei den Parkplätzen hatten wir Glück: Es gibt nur wenige Stellplätze (6 € Gebühr), allerdings wurde unser Kennzeichen nicht erfasst – eine Kontrolle scheint hier kaum stattzufinden, da einige Gäste bereits auf der Wiese parkten. Das Zimmer war leider nicht ganz sauber. Enttäuscht hat uns vor allem das dazugebuchte Frühstück für 13,90 € pro Person. Für ein Hotel mit 100 Zimmern gibt es bei weitem nicht genug Sitzplätze, sodass einige Gäste entweder warten oder im Eingangsbereich essen mussten. Zudem bildete sich an der einzigen Kaffeemaschine eine riesige Schlange. Die Akustik im Raum war katastrophal. Für diesen Preis hatten wir deutlich mehr erwartet.

Die Klimaanlage auf dem Zimmer Später Check out 12 Uhr

Für einen früheren Check in als 15 Uhr wurden 15€ verlangt. Für den Parkplatz musste man 6€ zahlen, obwohl nicht alle Gäste eine Parkmöglichkeit bekommen haben. Zum Frühstück hatten nicht alle Gäste einen Platz bekommen. Lange Schlange vor dem einzigen Kaffeeautomat. Nur ein einziger Zuckerstreuer, sowohl für Kaffee und Tee. Überfordertes Personal.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Unterkunft sauber.

Zum Frühstück mussten wir für eine Tasse Kaffee an einem völlig überforderten Kaffeevollautomaten in einer langen Schlange anstehen. Das Frühstück war ziemlich überschaubar.
