Not english speaking its hard to communicate with foreigners. And i booked 2 rooms but they only given one and its a long line in registration.

The location is quite convenient with the metro station within 5 minutes' walk. There is a shopping centre next door to the hotel with various food choices and shops. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.

This was a great stay. I had a suite and it was the best start for my China tour. Be aware this hotel is 30 minutes from the cente of Shanghai but I knew that when booking. One thing, this far out from the city you are unlikely to find many english speakers. Overall I will be staying next time.
