"Value for money"

The room is clean and wide. Got two bathrooms inside, convenient for 6pax. One with attached toilet. Receptionist sometimes not there, but quickly come when called. For water filter cold and hot outside.

No elavator, bedsheets not looking so pretty, got a bit stain and hole due to cig (it was the visitor fault but still I don't like it). Road side parking but luckily not that hard to find.

"The other things is not bad."

The one that I didn't like is the toilet and the location that show in the booking app and outside are not same. I need to go 1km ( about 12 min by walking).

You get what you pay I guess? Cheaper price, so can't complain much.

Just a head up, the hotel looks like it would be raid by the jabatan agama at any time. Not easy to find. The name was boutique m world, but need to search for bmw hotel on maps. Overall, I'm not coming here again.

nothing

no proper customer service and the way they respond to us is irresponsible..they don't even know what is happening in the hotel...we could not seek assistance at the needed time..not a safe stay!
