洗衣機乾燥功能無法讓衣服乾燥，但可以利用浴室的空調乾燥功能晾乾衣服。

西鉄の駅からすぐ近く コンビニやスーパーまでの買い物が１～２分 住宅街に食堂や中華があって便利 鉄道や国道が近くだけれど窓の防音がかなりよかった

エアコンの暖房が力不足で、セラミックファンヒーターを併用でした
