"My suggestion: dont ever book this hotel"

there is no counter at the premises, if you get this discount in Booking.com, later when you check in, you need pay again via vending machine. They will refund you when you check out. For eg: You book for standard room of RM39 in Booking.com, once you check in you need to pay RM60 to get the access card and key in vending machine. the next day, they will refund you RM11 only, eventhough you book RM39 in Booking.com

NEAR 99 EASY TO BUY FOOD AND DRINKS

NEED TO PAY EXTRA BECAUSE OF THE ROOM CHANGES BECAUSE PICTURE AND REALITY DOES NOT THE SAME. HOST GIVE OTHER ROOM BUT NEED TO PAY MORE. DOES NOT SAID TOILET IS OUTSIDE THE ROOM WHEN IM BOOKING CAUSE IM TRAVELING WITH KIDS.

"Worst!"

I booked 1 family room, which supposed to have 2 Queen beds, private bathroom with toiletries. What I got is, 1 small room, with 1 what they claim as 'king' size bed, shared toilet & bathroom. Additional fee MYR10 (they said its their standard procedure), deposit MYR90 upon arrival. I am totally loss of word, dissatisfied and disappointed! This is more like hostel, not a guest house! If you are travelling with kids or elders, and privacy is a main concern(esp for muslimah), please consider alternatives!
