It was in a great location

My room was dirty. I don’t think I was cleaned properly. The bed and the pillow cases smelled like a greasy head.

Good hotel in the middle of things

At check in fees were not properly explained My service animal was applied a pet fee based on assumption, very discriminatory. A manager checked us in, so very surprising this came from someone at the top. They should understand not all disabilities are visible. Encourage a review of the ADA.

Low water pressure in the shower. Could not cool the room, thermostat was set to heat and fan only. It got warm.

"Noisy hotel and not great service"

Location in town. Very walkable

Very noisy hotel, elevators painfully slow. So many kids running around property and nothing was done to control noise or the large amount of kids running hallways and through lobby. Never got room service and paid way too much for the room for a two night stay.
