"Great stay as always."

We have stayed here twice on our way to Atlanta airport (so we do not have to do a long journey on the day of an international flight), and we find the staff go above and beyond. They allowed us a really late check out so we didn't have to leave the bags in the rental. The rooms are reliably clean and spacious, and the location is great for downtown restaurants.

Room key didn't work one time, but this is such a small thing to have had happened.

"Nice hotel but several major things lacking."

Room was nice, but no microwave in the room. No complimentary breakfast. Breakfast is $15 and was very skimpy. Very little protein available for breakfast and that is hard for a diabetic. If I had a car I would have been able to go elsewhere for breakfast. Parking in the lot next door cost $15 / night. If I had known how much free on street parking I would have not parked in the hotel lot. Because of these negatives, I don't plan on staying at an AC hotel in the future.
