Gut gelegen, recht einfach und kein Highlight aber ganz gut

Parkplatzgebühren sind übertrieben. Für die Tiefgarage wäre es noch verständlich, aber draussen sollte das nicht extra berechnet werden. Personal ist insgesamt recht jung und nicht besonders freundlich. Gerade beim Frühstück ist das sehr aufgefallen.

Die Materatzen waren gut

Die Gegend ist trostlos. Blick aus dem Fenster auf Müll. Parkplatz bezahlt 9,- pro Tag und am Abend war keines mehr frei! Ich musste die Mülltonnen wegschieben, um mein Auto zu parken. Die Handtücher wurden nicht gewechselt. Beim Buffet gab es keine Tassen, keine Teller, keine Brötchen etc, das Personal war völlig überfordert mit den vielen Gästen. Wir mussten lange warten bis wir frühstücken konnten. An der Rezeption keine Auskunft über Restaurants in der Nähe. Übrigens gibt es ein tolles Japanisches, aber wer zu Fuss geht, läuft Gefahr von Fahrrädern überfahren zu werden, kein Gehweg! Am Vormittag: Bus hat uns vor dem Hotel blockiert, wir konnten den Parkplatz nicht verlassen und kamen zu spät zum Termin. Ich kann das Hotel keinesfalls empfehlen.

Wir waren schon oft hier zu Gast. Der Empfang und Check-in sehr freundlich und unkompliziert, ein ordentliches Zimmer und ein gutes Frühstück. Immer wieder gerne 😊
