The staff were really helpful and attentive. Kudos to that. I love that the room is spacious, and no issue with piping of the toilets. Sejadah and dkiblat direction was provided. And there was even a caution about opening sliding doors might lead to animals entering, which is very thoughtful.

Thought there was direct access to the beach but no, ada tebing je. So if you wanna picnic and bring some chairs, there's zero access to the sandy beach. You can reach there via a 2minute drive away from the hotel compound. The one night stay in the deluxe king partial sea view doesn't include breakfast, which is quite expensive considering the price. RM40 per adult for breakfast to be paid separately if you wish to have breakfast there.

the pool is big, the bed is comfy n the room is spacious

i thought we can go to the beach straight away, and the kids can play with the sand at the seaside based on the picture..but when we were there we can't and its dissapointed..i hope u can explain or brief the customer at the loby during check in later..so that we aware..tq
