Food is so expensive and that too not good in taste

Excellent and only serviced Appartment option in shimla . Guard chintram(multi tasked as car vallet and bell Vijay - waiter Ravinder - manager at resturant 5/5 for their hospitality and service . Excellent panoramic views of valley from balcony of every Appartment . Modern architecture with Upvc windows with seamless view through cieling to floor windows and glass parapet walls making us enjoy the view of outside from inside . Trained house keeping staff refreshing your house every day including bedding and towels . Room service experience was excellent . Resturant was great with delicious breakfast having continental , South Indian and North Indian options . Chole bhature and chicken stake were out of the world . Smart tv with all ott platforms .

Location is 1 hr 30 mins away from mall road . If you wish to visit you need to pre plan . Although the road and connectivity is excellent . All Appartments are not air conditioned ( most don’t need it in hills but personally I prefer it ) 1blocks is old construction , so looks dated ( layout is similar in all blocks thou ). Construction happening on site . Golf carts should be provided to reach the breakfast point . Club policies should be reconsidered , kids and open sandals not allowed .

The property is very clean and nice. The food is also very nice. The staff is also very good and special thanks to Mr. Varun. The best part is the valley view and the balcony.

They need to have a physical help desk or a reception. Also there should be some golf carts to take the guests to their restaurant. It is not easy for kids and especially old people to climb so much steep to reach the restaurant. Also there needs to be an intercom in the apartments. One important information to all the people who wish to book through booking.com. The number given in the booking.com to contact the property is actually not of the property directly and it creates lot of confusion. So I strongly suggest to contact property directly through numbers given on their website and have the correct information.

The staff was absolutely helpful. Varun and Shubham from hotel staff were very helpful. The food was great and the F&B staff were putting in their best efforts. Also enjoyed the spa facility and Mrs. Nina was dod a very good job..

A suggestion. The hair dryer may be made a default accessory.

As soon as we paid the bill the restaurant staff refused to provide breakfast citing that the kitchen was closed. However, at the same time they were serving another guest who had may be checked that day or may be staying over. Funny part is that we had asked for Cornflakes and cold milk and 1 omelette. Although they were serving another guest, one can try to understand refusal for omelette but what was the issue in providing cornflakes is beyond understanding.
