"Hotel ten spełnił moje oczekiwania"

Pokój spełnił moje oczekiwania, był zgodny z opisem na stronie Booking.com oraz dołączonymi do niego zdjęciami. Obsługa była także bardzo pomocna w razie jakichkolwiek pytań, posługiwała się doskonałym angielskim. Hotel utrzymany w czystości, panował w nim spokój.

W pokoju była pajęczyna przy klimatyzacji na ścianie, pozostała tam przez cały czas mojego pobytu, mimo że obsługa wymieniała ręczniki i pościel co określoną liczbę dni. Uważam też, że brak czajnika w pokoju hotelowym jest zdecydowanym minusem, tak jak tylko jeden stołek przy stole w pokoju przeznaczonym dla trzech osób.

"Cheap, easy, comfy beds."

It‘s a B&B - great beds, easy check-in, and you don‘t even have to check out. Perfect for concerts and other live events, amazing value for money. Great location right next to the Saarbrücken Hauptbahnhof.

Всю ночь сильно работал кондиционер и не было возможности его отключить. И к сожалению попросить персонала помочь тоже не было возможности.

Odalarda duvarların ve yataklar daha temiz ve kaliteli olabilirdi...310 numaralı odada kaldım ve yatağın alt kısmında yırtıklar vardı,bunu temizlikçi veya başka personelin görmemiş olması mümkün değil,tabi itinayla çalışmıyorlar.
