Außergewöhnlich umfassende und praktische Ausstattung, tolle Küche und viel Platz.

Ideaal contactloos inchecksysteem. Zeer centraal gelegen complex, bushalte op loopafstand. Uitzicht op naastgelegen bouwplaats maar daar hadden we geen (geluids)hinder van. Standaard ingericht appartement. In de keuken is Alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Ruime badkamer met een perfecte douche en een ruime slaapkamer. Wij vonden de schuimmatrassen na 4 nachten echt niet meer prettig liggen.

Vi havde en super dejlig miniferie i Tromsø. Lejligheden Bjørvika Apartment ligger vældig centralt i byen og den er pæn og ren med altan og udsigt til vandet. Det er rart, at der er sengelinned, håndklæder og opvaskemaskine i lejligheden foruden stort flot fjernsyn med netflix og andre streamingtjenester. Køkkenet er dog lige lidt for sparsomt, da der var meget lidt service og glas, og vi manglede også en microovn. Bortset fra det så er Bjørvika Apartment et rigtig godt valg til overnatningssted, når man ferierer i Tromsø. Det var anden gang, vi var der, for vi var også tilfredse første gang.

The room itself wasn’t too bad but we had terrible experience staying there. Here’s a list of things: 1.They don’t have a luggage storage space which we knew, but still made our trip a bit cumbersome since it’s snowing constantly in Tromso. 2. Parking is 10 mins away(what’s the point of driving if you have to walk 10 mins to get your car? Walking to 10 mins is pretty much to the city center already) 3. Construction started 8 in the morning and lasted till the afternoon without advance notice.This apartment is advertised as “soundproof”, but it apparently didn’t work for constructions, nor the foot steps and luggage noises on the floor above you. 4. The Wi-Fi in the unit didn’t work. And never got fixed for our entire stay there 5. There’s no dryer in the unit but says laundry facility on the site. You’ll have to dry your clothes in the table lol 4. Be aware that there are no shampoo and shower gel provided. It’s not stated anywhere on Expedia’s descriptions. It would be good to have an advance notice 5. No response via chat whatsoever until the last day. Communication was awfully bad.

Ee war einfach alles perfekt. Dies kann man jedem sehr empfehlen. Emma hat bei Fragen sehr schnell geantwortet. Vielen Dank Immer wieder

A little out of town. A very much "here is the keys and all our rules and don't call us" approach to hospitality. Very unsafe iced up walkways around the property. Fell over and injured myself which I was not impressed about. Overall, I would book a hotel in town.

We were given an apartment different to what we had booked - it was completely misrepresented on the website. We tried to contact them to discuss - despite it being peak season, they reduced their hours, didn't answer the phone and took hours to respond to emails. The WiFi also didn't work in the apartment. Our visit was ruined - we had to stay somewhere else and now they are refusing to refund us, saying it was non-refundable - completely missing the point that we had to leave because they gave us an apartment much lower in standard to what they show online. Absolutely zero customer care - they still haven't bothered to phone me to discuss this.

Appartement cosy, spacieux, bien décoré et excellents équipements. A proximité de tout. Belle vue sur les montagnes enneigés. Si la météo s’y prête, vous aurez la chance de voir des aurores Boréales de chez vous et ce malgré les lumières de la ville ! Bémol : se garer est forcément payant et nous ne l’avions pas vu donc amende de 60€… Je recommande vivement et reviendrai ( j’ai voulu revenir mais c’était complet aux nouvelles dates !)
