Nel Centro City Apartment

Very central location. Good value. Landlord fixed a number of issues immediately after we found them. Parking in central lot of landlord outside old town.

Bed was way too soft. No elevator, steep and somewhat rickety stairs to second floor

Having a secure parking area on the outskirts of the city with a free shuttle bus to and from the unit with assistance with our bags. Parking cost E 10 however much easier then trying to find our own parking. Staff at checkin were extremely helpful and friendly even allowing us access to the unit early as it was already prepared. The apartment was in the centre of the old town with secure access. It was well stocked with all items necessary for an extended stay and very clean. Comfortable apartment and we could highly recommend it and the management system.

We should have stayed longer.

Where you get the keys you can park your car for only 10 euros a day, from there they offer free ride to your room which is located in the center of the city (the city is about 500 meters wide so there is no bad location on the peninsula) . The location is in the very center of the city. The staff is super friendly and they make everything easy.

Great location, roomy well equipped apartment. Good support from the booking agency. Nice reserved parking spot. Easy walk to beaches, restaurants and grocery stores.

Clothes washer did not work, the inner drum was jammed.

The apartment is managed by an agency and all the staff was very efficient and professional. It is situated in the centre of the old town. The parking in about 1.5 km away but the agency drives guests to the apartment in the electric car.

After we booked, we were informed we would be charged 15 euro/night for our poodle. We travel all over Europe and are used to paying an extra cleaning fee, but NEVER per night. There was no remote control for the TV, so we could not use it at all. The owen did not work. We even found the caffetiere dirty with the remains of the coffee from previous guests. No bedside lamps or any other source of light apart from the celing. The light above the bed not working.
