The room I stayed in appeared to be an upgraded room to the rest of the complex, and was outfitted nice.

TV and WiFi were big problems. The neighborhood was ok, not great

The operator side was really nice and helpfull

I don't think this place has heat they had an AC but no option to heat the room or any indication there was a heating system, got a blanket from target and was fine but would have been intolerable without that. Also the bed frames are really loud just laying down made it sound like you were kicking a filing cabinet because of the cheap metal bedframe.

Sehr schmutzig, schlechtes Personal Es war nicht möglich ein WiFi Signal im Zimmer zu empfangen Mehrmals bei der Rezeption versucht WiFi zu bekommen nach 30 min kein WiFi Bin direkt in ein anderes Hotel, dort WiFi kein Problem. Warte noch auf Kostenerstattung.
