Private room access, studio-style room with full size dresser and ample storage space makes great for long term stays, and the breakfast is great.

The staff could be very unpleasant at times, and on our last day we learned why: the owner is the most unpleasant. Screamed in my husbands face and threatened police first, then screamed in my face— also refused to give back our $100 deposit because of a “missing” bedsheet (it was given to housekeeping but housekeeping conveniently denied this fact). The worst part of it all was the invasion of privacy when we mistakenly overslept and when staff came to check on us (understandable procedure)… the woman knocked and then immediately opened our door without even pausing for a half second for a reply from us! I awoke to the knocking instantly, and I kid you not by the time I looked up, her head was sticking in through the door!! Just imagine: “knock knock knock” BOOM door opens and your privacy is breached, without anyone announcing themselves or waiting for even vocal acknowledgment. This was the second time something like this happened, the first time being housekeeping on a separate occasion, in which she was knocking and I was yelling that I was coming as I finished something up and coming to open the door, and as I was approaching the door to open it she just opened it right up herself!! Like wtf, first of all I know she heard me, but second if she hadn’t heard me, and she’s just coming to offer towels and such, no response would imply that the guest isn’t there, so I’m confused on what that means to them: A, oh well they’re not answering so they don’t get housekeeping today, or B, nobody’s in there so I’m just gonna go in their private space while they’re gone to mop and leave towels and to?!???!!?! Option B seems insane to me as a guest but I guess that’s the staff at this hotel’s MO: they feel the right to enter reserved rooms at any time with or without the tenants presence or permission, so beware of that fact. Oh and finally, housekeeping likes to conveniently pretend they don’t speak English to avoid work.

Room was dirty and uncomfortable. Room and linens smelled like smoke. Rate for the room was ridiculously high. Would not recommend unless you’re only other option is a homeless encampment.

Nice room but if u get on with kitchenette there is no pots or pans and no coffee maker

I like things to be clean as i would clean it. Freshing smelling and bright lighting. The pillow case was clean but it smelled like a musty person or maybe cigarettes. And the fridge was dirty. Just not a sense of cleanliness.
