Great property with cozy rooms and the perfect beach! The free breakfast is nice, location is great! Will definitely be back!

Bed is a little too firm for my liking but that's just personal preference.

The beach was beautiful. The available seating was perfect. The firepit was awesome.

The rooms are very small.

Patricia keeps that place running very smoothly. I hope ownership recon Gnoses how hard she works. Love the BBI however price was a bit more than expected for the size of the rooms.

It was nice to be on the beach and the room was very clean. The outdoor property was spacious for our group time.

Small rooms for the price.

The property was very clean and the beach area was nice. The staff was excellent. Very nice and helpful. Proximity to downtown and wineries was good.

The rooms are on the smaller side, no counter space in bathroom and there wasn’t a luggage rack. Although the property was directly on the water the view from the room was of the parking lot. The room was described as lake view but none of the rooms face the lake. So if your looking for a lake view room this isn’t the inn for you.

Great location right on the bay with its own beach; the rooms are small, but very clean and updated. The staff was very friendly. The cookies tasted great, and it came with a free breakfast. We would stay here again.
