Breakfast was great. All was clean But there were real problems

Make sure you don't get the water view that is in actuality the view of the air conditioner and either systems. They obscure the view and are VERY loud. Also make sure NOT to get the room at the top of the steps as everyone goes up and down.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Lovely water views and location. Comfortable room and nice breakfast beside crackling fire. Will be back!

I missed breakfast due to oversleeping..

Maybe to have a snack bar with drinks etc.If you wanted food and drinks you had to buy from outside. Luckily I was from Westport and knew some places from the past. A sofa machine and snacks would bad been nice.
