"It's good but bad located"

Room is nice and staff spoke very good English.

Location is not good. It is quite far from subway station and even a bit walk to take bus.

"It’s a clean space however the bed was broken during our stay. Slightly inconvenient location."

The check in was very smooth and simple, keep in mind Kyoto does have a tourist tax. For the most part the room was clean.

Probably the biggest one for us was that our bed was broken in two seperate places. No car park for drop off, there appears to be space but not utilised. If you are travelling with luggage you’ll likely need to either drive or utilise a taxi to get to the hotel with any ease a drop-off would help to make things easier. Despite being a hotel there really wasn’t much else on offer other than just a room.

"Prima hotel voor een paar nachten Kyoto! "

Goed hotel voor een paar nachten in Kyoto. Ik had wat schrik na de laatste reviews, maar dat was nergens voor nodig. De kamer was ruim genoeg voor ons 4, de bedden groter dan de meeste kamers. De matras niet van de dikste en vrij hard, maar toch prima geslapen! Alle producten waren aanwezig in de badkamer en in de hal kon je nog extra dingen nemen. We waren er voor 2 nachten en er lagen voor iedereen 2 kleine en 2 grote handdoeken klaar. Openbaar vervoer nodig om er te geraken, maar wel lekker rustig!

The floors are not vacuumed when cleaning. Fairly dusty. Cups were not clean and greasy when I arrived. Staff were very amenable, English speaking. Fridge and showers were nice.

It is a nice quiet hotel with enough spacious room in residential area, 10 minutes walk from the JR train station.

The mattresses were squeaking.
