"Charged Twice for one room night!"

This may be a one time fluke, but the Hyatt charged me twice for one night. I spoke to someone at the hotel and said that they would call me back. Nobody has called me back. The room wasn’t worth $350 a night and then to be charged twice is unacceptable.

"Overall, this was a nice stay in Memphis, TN!"

The location was spot on within walking distance to Beale Street, and some dining preference especially fried chicken and BBQ food I was craving for.

I wasn't able to walk nearby the Mississippi River which would have been a plus, especially since I can partially view if from the room I stayed in.

"The hotel was in great location"

LOCATION AND BEAUTIFUL ROOM

THE ROOM I PAID FOR WAS AVAILABLE BUT DIDNT WANT TO PAY EARLY RATES . WHEN THE TIME CAME FOR CHECK IN THE ROOM WAS NO LONGER AVAILABLE AND GIVING WHATEVER THEY HAD LEFT.

"A good nights sleep"

It was clean and the “spa water” was great.

After 10pm you cannot get anything. Nothing is open in the hotel they have no vending machines, nothing. And nothing is walking distance away. You feel stranded.
