"Perfect spot to explore Memphis"

The location was perfect. Close to Beale Street but away from the crowd. Loved the rooftop bar with beautiful view of the river and downtown Memphis

"The service was terrible and staff incompetent"

I was double charged for a room - paid on booking.com them charged to debit card - impossible to speak to anybody cost me £400 extra - booking.com no help either - the hotel did not respond to email or messages despite have got all the evidence - I would suggest not staying here and you must check your bill

It was a great location! The rooftop had a breathtaking view of the Mississippi River and Bridges!

The price of the overnight Valet was pricey at $36. Everything else was good!

"We enjoyed it, just wish we had stayed another night!"

The location was perfect and within walking distance to restaurants and entertainment. The staff were welcoming and very friendly. Valet parking is your best option. They were great!

We only stayed for one night. We were unable to enjoy the nice pool or the rooftop bar. Breakfast was a little pricey but good.
