We already paid in advance and paid the property coverage and then we get there and have to pay the coverage again left with no money because of it

After we were confirmed for our reservation, they said we weren’t in their system and they had no rooms, so we had to find another motel.

"Not worth the price"

The guy at the front desk was very nice and put us in a room even though booking.com reservation didn’t come thru yet.

The bathroom was dirty and the charging stations didn’t work in either side of the bed. The mattress was so soft it felt like I was laying on a pike of blankets no support. Breakfast wasn’t good. No coffee for us.
