Will at the front desk was AWESOME! He was professional, helpful and friendly from checkin to checkout!

The cleanliness the close proximity to the train and restaurants

We stayed here a number of times as it is really convenient and a nice newer hotel. This time the room was sparkling and well appointed. Staff was helpful and friendly. There was one problem. We like daily room housekeeping service and requested such when we checked in. We requested it again when our room was not on the housekeeping lady’s list of rooms, we went to front desk to request it again. When we returned after dinner the room had not been freshened up and there was a note on the bed that said they cannot make the bed because of personal items on the bed. A WIRE COAT HANGER. We found that pretty cheesy and unnecessary. Recommendation: select/request a room on the parking lot side. The side overlooking the train is pretty but expect a loud train horn at 7am. We will be back.

Most comfortable bed in any hotel I’ve stayed in. Liked the walk in shower. Didn’t like having to compete with all the animals especially in the elevator or at breakfast.

Great location. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and the train. Rooms were clean and very nice. I liked that they had a sign in the room that advised the bed would be made and room cleaned every other day. Breakfast was typical for a Hampton inn, cereal,oatmeal, eggs, variety of muffins,bread,yogurt etc. The coffee in the lobby was hot and very good. The coffee in the room was kind of weak and our package of cream had solidified
