El hotel aparenta ser nuevo , amplio, limpio y comodo . Lo que deja mucho que desear es el restaurante , desayuno malisimo , mala atencion , el mesero andaba ebrio , realmente no se como permiten que trabaje asi , olor a alcohol de varios dias . Creo que si tuvieran un mejor restaurante , tanto en comida como en atencion , fuera una excelente opcion , pero actualmente hay varios mejores .

La dirección del hotel, al utilizar Google Maps y/o Wazee, te manda a una dirección incorrecta y nadie te lo informa de manera anticipada. Al hablar al hotel e informar sobre la dirección incorrecta, te dicen que ya lo sabían y te dan una nueva dirección, una falta de atención total. El hotel se reservó con "Desayuno incluido" y aun así, nos hicieron pasar un "muy mal momento" al querernos cobrar el consumo realizado, nos quisieron hacer un "doble cobro". Se tuvo que mostrar nuevamente el plan contratado (previamente mostrado en recepción al hacer el check-in) para que nos dejaran ir luego de haber desayunado. Pasamos un momento muy vergonzoso, es una lástima que un hotel de este nivel, haga pasar un momento tan molesto a sus huespedes.

Servicio muy bueno, pero nos vendieron una noche mexicana por el 15 de septiembre y pagué más de 400 por un pozole, sin música en vivo, sin ninguna actividad solo por una cena sin chiste. Además en una cena pedí un platillo llamado larga fue una verdadera cochinada, la tortilla no la podía ni morder la cecina muy chiclosa, le comenté al mesero y como que no le tomó importancia hay detalles que pueden ser una gran diferencia.

Excelente lugar muy cómodo amable no está dentro de san Miguel pero tienen trasporte y llegas rápido está mal en Google la ubicación tegan cuidado de referencia está a un costado de liverpool mejor para llegar !!!!
