Had a very enjoyable all inclusive week stay here with my young family. The food was very good (though can feel like a bit of a scrum around pinch points in the buffet - and we were not able to go the steak restaurant as was fully booked). The staff were great. The pools are also great and our kids (and we) loved the waterpark in the sister hotel next door. Our room was pretty small, but that was clearly the case when we booked so no complaints on that front.

Two issues that were annoying. The first is the sign in the foyer saying the hotel will be ‘adults friendly’ from next year - didn’t make us feel particularly welcome with small children and also quite baffling given the number of children at the hotel. The second (extremely annoying) issue that there is no towel service and people ‘reserve’ the beach furniture all day by leaving towels on it around 8am. This means that most of the time you can’t get one of the very nice beds even though nobody is using them - this issue could easily resolved by just having someone remove towels left like this…

Strand ist enttäuschend für ein 5 Sterne Hotel, vorwiegend harter Eingang mit Kiessteinen und oft sehr viele Wellen, für Personen mit Intoleranzen ist das Essensangebot begrenzt und teilweise falsch beschriftet

רמת השירות והניקיון על הפנים - לא מנקין טוב את החדר , ראיתי 2 דק מנקים והולכים. אין מלצרים ביום לא מגישים שתייה צריך לקחת לבד , אין רום סרוויס, מגבות בריכה לבד צריך ללכת לים כדי לקבל חדשות . האוכל רמה בינונית , והמים בבריכות עם מלח
