Basic things was not provided in the room. No one informed that everything was on call. Bathing area was very dirty which was cleaned once pointed.

The Location of the Hotel is excellent. The staff are seriously caring and very helpful. Bharat and Dharmendra in the front office were great hosts. Pradeep at the breakfast lounge was very good in his care of service.

"Very nice stay at a great location"

Its in a prime location on Rajpur road. The staff is very helpful and couterous, starting from housekeeping, to restaurant and the reception. Food is also pretty good in taste and quantity.
