C’est la troisième fois que nous séjournons dans cet hôtel et nous avions réservé deux chambres doubles. Cependant, l’une des chambres attribuées était équipée d’un lit médicalisé, donnant une ambiance d’hôpital, alors que nous n’avions jamais demandé ce type de chambre. Nous avons sollicité un changement, ce que le personnel a effectué, mais la nouvelle chambre contenait du linge qui n’était pas propre. Dans l’autre chambre, dès notre arrivée, nous avons constaté qu’une serviette déjà utilisée se trouvait dans la salle de bain. C’est la première fois que nous vivons une expérience décevante dans cet établissement.
